Install Your Fuel Vault

Verify all components are included: 2 Fuel Vault covers, your existing screws or new Security Screws purchased from us as mounting hardware, lock and a set of keys, and installation guide.

Remove your existing exposed fuel area screws, align the Fuel Vault cover over the exposed fuel cap area on your motorhome. Ensure proper orientation using the guide marks.

Using the existing screws or new Safety Screws you purchased from us, secure the cover in place. Hand-tighten all bolts, then torque until tight.

Test the locking mechanism with both provided keys. Verify the cover is secure and fuel cap is fully accessible when unlocked.
